Terms and Conditions – Workshops and Courses
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all requests and assignments made through the website of Basic Powerful, unless otherwise agreed on paper.
2. Definitions
- Basic Powerful: the organization offering the workshops and courses.
- Client / Participant: the person who requests a workshop or course via the website.
- Services: the workshops, courses, and other activities provided by Basic Powerful.
3. Processing of Requests
Requests for workshops or courses will be processed after the participant has submitted their details via the form. Basic Powerful will confirm the request by email.
4. Cancellation
The participant may cancel a request free of charge within 14 days after submission. Cancellations after this period will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Basic Powerful strives for clear communication and will always seek a suitable solution.
5. Obligations of the Participant
The participant must provide accurate and complete information when submitting a request. Basic Powerful may suspend or refuse the service if essential information is missing.
6. Liability
Basic Powerful aims to carry out all services in a professional manner. Liability is limited to direct damage caused by negligence on the part of Basic Powerful. Basic Powerful is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage caused by circumstances beyond its control.
7. Confidentiality
Basic Powerful handles participants’ personal data with care and does not share this information with third parties, unless this is necessary for the execution of the request or required by law.
8. Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes will first be resolved through mutual consultation. If this is not possible, the dispute may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
